分享豆沙的制作方法 ,不用一滴油,怎么也吃不够

制作配料:红豆350克 清水1000ML 食用碱0.8克 红糖120克 冰糖50克

制作方法:

1、先把红豆用清水浸泡,浸泡至红豆涨大,让红豆充分吸收水分;

2、锅中加入1000ML的清水,加入0.8克食用碱,大火烧开;

3、再把红豆加入到锅中大火烧开转小火慢煮,煮至黏稠,这一步尽量把水分煮干,最好一步到位;

4、再把红糖或是冰糖、砂糖放进去,继续开小火慢煮,直到煮至可以成团;

5、然后用擀面杖捣碎;

6、放在盘子里晾凉即可,吃不完可以分装冰箱冷冻保存;
