好了，不扯皮了，今天就来和大家聊聊烤箱品牌的选购问题。老规矩！本篇文章集百家之长创作而成，属于浓缩之精华，需细品！

烤箱选购要点

实际在买烤箱之前，知晓一些常见的概念还是非常重要的，这关系到是否能买到一个你合适的烤箱，废话不多说，直接上菜！

1、容量

买烤箱，千万不要买10L左右的，那是来用的吗？我觉得是买来玩的，10L能干啥？我一直遵循着买大不买小的原则，不管是冰箱还是烤箱，稍微买大一点它不香吗？买大了就大了，难道耗电剧增？买小了

万一以后不够用怎么办？对吧！所以买大绝对没有错！那么一般买多大好呢？建议在25L、30L、32L、35L、38L这几个容量中选择，如果喜欢烤鸭、烤鸡的朋友选择35L以上机型。

2、温控

目前烤箱有一体式控温和上下管独立控温的，顾名思义，独立控温那就是可以单独调节温度。不过要注意的是，60L以下的烤箱，独立温控基本算是个噱头，因为空间不大的情况下，温差也会很小。所以一般的烤箱不用太过于追求独立温控，只要有热风

循环就够用了，当然具有独立温控也不是个坏事。

3、内胆

这个概念的话，只需要记住购买镀铝、搪瓷或者不锈钢内胆的，这三个是首选，这三种内胆密封性出色，耐高温，抗氧化能力出色，容易清洁。至于其他的内胆就不要考虑了，避免给自己带来不必要的麻烦。

4、蒸汽

如果烤箱带蒸汽功能的话，那这种烤箱也就是蒸烤箱了，这个功能只有在稍微高端一点的烤箱上出现，它是通过高温和蒸汽来加热食物，既能保留食物中的营养物质，又能保留美食的原汁原味。

从烹饪方面来讲，烤箱除了烧烤也就没别的了，但是蒸汽烤箱除了烤，还可以蒸、嫩烤、炖汤等，所以如果你喜欢多样化的烹饪的话，蒸烤箱绝对更合适。

5、其他功能

还有一些其他的功能就不一一细说了，这里大概做个总结，大家参照着选购就行，带定时功能、温控范围（越大越好）、双层玻璃门、低温解冻（可以处理冻肉，很实用）、发酵功能（冬天做面包，它不香吗？）

可以这么说吧，国产美的、海氏、格兰仕、长帝、苏泊尔、九阳都挺不错的，外国品牌的话，可以选择西门子、松下、北美电器。如果你对烤箱没有什么严格的要求的话，我觉得国产品牌完全OK，性价比比较高。

如果你对国外品牌比较有好感的话，我也不反对，但是国外的品牌价格相对较高，品牌溢价肯定是有的。

品牌就不多说了，毕竟每个人的喜好不同，下面就来给大家带来几款值得推荐的烤箱品牌吧！
